1. Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required to book any tattoo appointment at The Tattoo Nation. Deposits secure your appointment date and the artist's time.

The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

2. Deposit Amounts

• $150 deposit for appointments booked during regular hourly sessions.
• $300 deposit for full-day sessions.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to cancellations, emergencies, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with design adjustments.

4. Forfeiture of Deposit

Your deposit will be forfeited if:

• You fail to show up for your appointment.
• You cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice.
• You arrive intoxicated, under the influence, or otherwise unable to be tattooed.
• You fail to provide valid ID or required parental consent (if under 18).
• You request drastic changes to your design requiring a full redraw outside the agreed scope.
• You arrive more than 15 minutes late, at the artist's discretion.

5. Rescheduling Policy

With at least 48 hours' notice, deposits may be applied to a new appointment date, one time only. Rescheduling more than once requires a new deposit.

6. Design & Preparation Time

Deposits also cover artist design and preparation time. If a client cancels, reschedules, or fails to show, the deposit is retained as compensation for this work. Setup time is included as part of the booked hourly rate.

7. Transferability

Deposits are non-transferable to another client, artist, or design.

8. Credit Expiration

Deposits must be used within 3 months of the original booking date. After 3 months, deposits expire and a new deposit is required to book.

9. No Chargebacks

By paying a deposit, the client agrees not to dispute or charge back the payment. Any attempt to do so will be considered fraudulent activity and breach of contract. Charges may be filed and legal action pursued in the event of a fraudulent chargeback.

10. Force Majeure (Studio Cancellations)

In the event The Tattoo Nation must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, the deposit will be honored for a rescheduled date.

11. Acknowledgment

By paying a deposit, you agree to all terms of this policy. The Tattoo Nation reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.
