SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

SMS consent and your phone number will not be shared or sold to any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from The Tattoo Nation, we collect your phone number and your consent record (the date, time, and method of opt-in) solely for the purpose of sending you appointment and booking-related messages.

How we use it. We use your mobile number only to send you messages about your appointments and bookings — confirmations, reminders, scheduling and rescheduling, deposit notices, and aftercare follow-up.

How we share it. We share your mobile number only with the licensed telecommunications providers required to deliver the message to your handset (for example, our SMS platform provider and the wireless carriers). These providers are contractually restricted to using the information for message delivery only. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile number or your SMS consent to any third party, affiliate, marketing partner, data broker, or lead generator for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Your choices. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may also request that we delete your mobile number from our records by emailing ray@thetattoonation.com or calling 240-603-4664. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to book an appointment by phone or email.

Retention. We retain your mobile number and consent record for as long as you remain an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with recordkeeping obligations, unless you ask us to delete it.

Full details of our text messaging program, including message frequency and rate disclosures, are available in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
